SINGER’S DIETS! WHAT NOT TO EAT OR DRINK AS A SINGER

Its so amazing to learn that singers are that unique when to come choice of diets. Has it ever hit you so hard to learn that all foods do not for you, even your choicest dish because you are a singer? This is where a lot of singers kick so hard and refuse to comply. Singing utilizes muscle movement in your diaphragm, voice box, and mouth. Good singing requires an active functioning of your whole body system, especially the part of your body that plays major roles in sound production.

WHAT NOT TO EAT OR DRINK

This does not suggest total avoidance of some of these foods as our body needs them too for effective function. But keep a far distance from them especially the period when you have singing engagements.
